I’m frustrated w/ myself because when I did crew I literally didn’t give a shit about what I ate and now that I’m not exercising every day it’s really hard to change my eating habits and I’m trying to eat healthier but its so hard to have self control and ughhh
I haven’t gained that much weight. It’s to the point where I’m still “thin” and I could easily trim down the extra layer on my belly with regular exercise but that’s another reason why I’m frustrated because I have NO MOTIVATION. Crew forced me to work my ass off every day but now I barely exercise
Which is why I want to run over the summer. Idk man I just want summer so I can do whatever I want hahaha
